It covers the account information you provide, public YouTube and Instagram metadata used by our handle-based tools, optional read-only YouTube and Instagram account data you authorize through the platforms’ official OAuth consent screens, Reel files you upload for analysis, usage and billing metadata, and operational telemetry.

The data we never ask for

It is as important to be clear about what we do not collect as about what we do. Grow Creator never asks for your YouTube or Instagram password or login credentials. Handle-based tools use public metadata without account access. If you deliberately choose Connect YouTube or Connect Instagram, the platform’s official consent screen grants us only the listed read-only scopes for your own account; those scopes do not let Grow Creator post, edit, delete, comment, follow, or message on your behalf. The Reel files you choose to upload for analysis are processed to produce your result and handled under the retention terms set out in full on this page.

We also do not sell your data, and optional analytics stay off until you accept them in the cookie banner — nothing optional fires before consent. Strictly necessary cookies that keep you signed in and the service secure are the only ones that run regardless, because the site cannot function without them. YouTube API Services

Grow Creator uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube channel or using any Grow Creator feature that reads YouTube data, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Grow Creator’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.

YouTube data reaches Grow Creator only through the official YouTube API Services — the YouTube Data API for the public metadata behind handle-based tools, and, if you choose Connect YouTube, the read-only youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly scopes for your own channel’s metadata and analytics. We never scrape YouTube pages or download YouTube media, and the permissions we request cannot post, edit, or delete anything on your channel.

Stored YouTube data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days, so we never hold YouTube API data older than 30 days without re-fetching it, and analytics data is kept only while your authorization can be re-verified — checked every 30 days. Revoking access is always available two ways: disconnect in-app from /app/profile and we delete all stored YouTube data for your account within 7 days, or remove Grow Creator at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and we detect the revocation and delete all stored YouTube data within 30 days. The OAuth refresh token is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), is never exposed to your browser, and is never written to logs.

Instagram data: public handles via Apify, your account via the official API

Public Instagram content for our handle-based features is collected via Apify Technologies s.r.o., a third-party data processor: when you enter a public Instagram handle or Reel URL, Apify retrieves on our behalf the publicly visible profile and Reel metadata needed for the result you asked for. We do not send OAuth tokens or private connected-account data to Apify, and this path involves no access to anyone’s account.

If you choose Connect Instagram, we instead use the official Instagram API with Instagram Login (Meta Platforms) to read your own account’s profile information, media, and insights — own-account only, and the permissions we request cannot post, comment, follow, or message on your behalf. Disconnect at any time from /app/profile; every deletion route, including Meta-side removal, is described at /legal/data-deletion.

How long we keep data and who processes it

A privacy policy is only as meaningful as its retention and subprocessor terms, so the full policy on this page sets both out. As a general principle, we keep each kind of data only as long as we genuinely need it for the purpose it was collected — your account information for as long as you have an account, the analysis results tied to the work you have run, and operational telemetry for the limited window that lets us keep the service reliable and secure. When a reason to hold data ends, the data is removed in line with the retention periods described in full on this page rather than kept indefinitely by default.

We also rely on a small set of subprocessors to run the service — including hosting, payment processing, AI processing, the official platform APIs, and Apify for the public Instagram profile and Reel metadata behind the handles you enter. The policy on this page names these and describes what each one handles, because you have a right to know who touches your data on our behalf. None of this summary changes your rights: you can request access to your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@growcreator.pro from your account address, and the full policy here governs in every case.

Privacy questions

Do you request YouTube or Instagram OAuth access?

Only if you choose Connect YouTube or Connect Instagram. The official platform consent screen grants read-only access to your own account; handle-based public tools require no account access, and Grow Creator cannot post, edit, or delete your content.

Where does the data behind handle-based tools come from?

YouTube data comes only through the official YouTube API Services, and stored YouTube data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days. Public Instagram profile and Reel data is collected via Apify, our third-party public-data processor. Neither path touches anyone’s account.

Do optional analytics run before I consent?

No. Optional analytics only start after you accept analytics in the cookie banner; nothing optional fires before consent.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Email hello@growcreator.pro from the address on your account. We verify the request and delete the data we no longer need to keep, in line with this policy.
