Data Deletion Instructions

How to delete your Grow Creator data: disconnect a connected YouTube or Instagram account, delete your account, or request deletion directly. What we remove, and when.

This page explains how to delete data that Grow Creator stored after you connected YouTube or Instagram, and how to delete your whole Grow Creator account. You only need to use one deletion route for each provider. The in-app controls are the quickest option, but you may also revoke access from Google or Meta, or email hello@growcreator.pro from the address on your account.

Disconnecting a provider removes its stored access tokens and the platform data associated with your Grow Creator account. Deleting the full account goes further: it removes your profile, generation history, stored YouTube and Instagram data, and provider tokens under the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy. The detailed instructions below mirror the controls available in the live application.

Deletion options at a glance

Instagram and Meta deletion

For Instagram, go to your Grow Creator profile and use Instagram → Disconnect. That removes the stored Instagram access token and Instagram data for your account. You can instead remove Grow Creator inside Instagram or Meta under Website permissions, or Accounts Center → Apps and websites. Meta then sends us a deauthorization notice so the same cleanup can run without another in-app action.

If you use Meta’s formal Delete data request, Meta gives you a confirmation code and a status URL. Keep that code so you can check the request. You may also email hello@growcreator.pro from the address on your Grow Creator account. We treat deletion questions as priority requests and confirm when the requested cleanup is complete.

YouTube, Google, and full-account deletion

For YouTube, use YouTube → Disconnect from /app/profile. Grow Creator deletes the stored YouTube data for your account within seven days. You can also revoke Grow Creator from Google’s permissions page; we detect that revocation and delete stored YouTube data within thirty days. Independently, stored YouTube data is refreshed or deleted within thirty days, and private analytics is retained only while the authorization can still be verified.

To remove everything rather than one provider, use /app/profile → Account Settings → Delete account. This removes the Grow Creator profile, generation history, provider data, and stored tokens covered by the account. If you cannot reach the in-app control, email hello@growcreator.pro from the account email and state whether you want Instagram data, YouTube data, or the complete account deleted.

Data deletion questions

Do I need to disconnect in the app and revoke access at the provider?

No. Any one listed route is enough; using the in-app Disconnect control is usually the quickest.

How do I delete my entire Grow Creator account?

Open /app/profile, go to Account Settings, and choose Delete account.

What if I cannot sign in?

Email hello@growcreator.pro from the address on your account and describe the data you want deleted.
